Il Casale di Max
is an old farm house (1757) that is located close to Selci village, in the middle of Sabina which in an area of the Lazio Region situated north of Rome between the Tiber river and the Sabine hills.
Il Casale di Max which is located in the middle of a green untouched country, is surrounded by big trees (oaks, pines, cypresses, olive trees and fruit trees) and by different types of flowers that, especially in spring and in autumn, create a spectacular and, at the same time, warm mixture of natural colours.
Our Location
Its central positions between Rome and the Umbria’s and Tuscany’s most famous towns allows the guests to visit, in a day, through easy and short trips, places whose beauty, form an artistic and a naturalistic point of view, is incomparable.
The Villa
The country house is divided into 3 floors.
The ground floor comprises the living area and the kitchen. The living area is dominated by beamed ceilings, stone arches & tiled floors whilst being stylishly decorated by the owners to create a welcoming feeling.
The first floor is not rented by the owners who live in Rome but sometime (usually once a week for some hours) use it as a logistic basis to supervise the property (e.g. to clean the swimming pool, to water the plants etc.).
On the top floor there are the two bedrooms which are accessible via an external staircase. The warm colours of the furnishings, the wood beams, the terracotta floor and the fireplaces exalt the pleasant atmosphere.
A swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a beautiful open garden and a small soccer field allow guests to enjoy their free time.

The two rooms, which are very comfortable, have central heating, hot water, satellite television and DVD. They also have a separate entrance (directly on the top floor and available only for the guests). The tasteful furnishing of the rooms are a fine compliment to the natural beauty of its surroundings.
Each room has its own bathroom and it can be rented separately through a B&B solution.
Rosa Room (sleeps 2+2)
1 double bedroom (17,5 m²) + a bunk double, private bathroom with shower, wall-outlet for razor. Equipped with central heating, hot water and television.
Celeste Room (sleeps 2+1)
1 double bedroom (17,5 m²) with fireplace and a terrace, private bathroom with shower, wall-outlet for razor. Equipped with central heating, hot water and television.
